For mummies who have been working from home, the distinction between work and home has blurred. They are multitasking as housekeepers, cooks, teachers, trainers and motivators, while still doing regular jobs.
To all mothers, take heart that your efforts are deeply appreciated, and that you are loved and cherished, even if it sometimes doesn’t feel like it. May you enjoy this special day with your loved ones.
Celebrations are a little different now due to COVID-19. Big family gatherings are off for now. But I am sure some of you are planning virtual celebrations, or surprising your mums creatively.
